Digitally
designed scene collaged from 18th century French interior prints,
old electrical circuit diagrams and antique machine parts. Manifested
via a 3 dimensional 'Z-print' plaster printer and Epson Untrachrome
archival cotton rag prints. Housed in a diorama cabinet of Tasmanian
Oak with extruded American Oak moldings, finished with French polish,
designed and crafted by Lindon Davey-Milne, with an antique lens
that projects the interior back out into the space. Soundtrack composed
of manipulated voices, jackhammers, and Terry McDermott's SuperCollider
harpsichord. |
